Qualifications

• 1 year retail or food experience, completing Assistant Manager Training program required.
• 1-2 years in a leadership role in retail, guest service or restaurant preferred.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage store team’s Guest Service behaviors and provide coaching.
• Support Store Manager in building and developing a strong team.
• Achieve operational excellence and financial objectives.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
• Monitor product levels and ensure stock availability.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
