The Pappas Family, a McDonald’s franchise group, is hiring Guest Experience Leaders in Peoria, IL. The role offers part-time hours with an 8am–8pm schedule, a starting wage of $15.00 per hour, and benefits including meals, tuition assistance, and paid time off.

You’ll greet guests, assist with kiosks, support the team, and help create feel-good moments for guests while growing your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with ordering and questions.
• Help guests use ordering kiosks and point-of-sale devices.
• Assist guests to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Check that kids receive a kid treat and address concerns.
• Collaborate with restaurant team to relay feedback and improve service.

• Greeting our guests and communicating with them while ordering

• Offering assistance to those in need of some extra hands
• Checking with them once they have their food to make sure they’re satisfied, or to see if they need anything else
• Ensuring kids receive a kid treat
• Handling any concerns
• Communicating with the restaurant team to provide feedback and recommendations
