Ascension Coffee Company is seeking a friendly Server to join our hospitality team. You will greet guests, take orders, serve food and drinks, and help maintain a warm, clean café environment to ensure memorable visits.

Ideal candidates bring experience in serving, a passion for great coffee, and reliability for nights/weekends. You should be able to stand for long periods and work well with teammates to deliver gracious service.

Qualifications

• Experience serving in a hospitality setting.
• Specialty coffee experience a plus.
• Reliable transportation between locations.
• Availability for nights and weekends.
• Strong leadership, team-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and resourcefulness.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to take direction.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (~8 hours per shift).
• Friendly, detail-oriented, and guest-focused.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
