Qualifications

• Ability to lift or move up to 30 lbs.; work in hot and cold environments.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods while performing essential job duties.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required for California-based positions.

Responsibilities

• Make a memorable first and last impression.
• Greet incoming and departing guests in a welcoming manner.
• Coordinate wait and seat guests with a sense of urgency.
• Always smile and have genuine conversations with guests.
• Have a general knowledge of the food and drink menu.
• Answer the phone promptly and professionally.
• Assist throughout the restaurant by bussing tables and delivering food.
• Lead the lobby experience for each guest.
• Committed to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
