• Assist in training Guest Service Associates.
• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment.
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front-desk operations including check ins and check outs.
• Maintain a clean and organized center appearance.
• Lead peers to their full potential.
