Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a Guest Experience Lead on MINTON ROAD to help ensure every guest leaves satisfied. You’ll greet guests, guide their experience, and collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming, clean restaurant environment while staying up-to-date on promotions and the McDonald’s App features.

The role emphasizes hospitality, effective communication, and a proactive approach to guest concerns, with opportunities for training and advancement within a fast-paced restaurant setting.
