Job summary

McDonald’s on Delaware Ave is seeking a Guest Experience Lead to champion the guest journey and ensure every visit feels valued.

You’ll check in with guests, address concerns, and work closely with your team to keep the restaurant welcoming, clean, and efficient. Familiarity with McDonald’s promotions and app features is a plus; strong communication and eagerness to learn are essential.
