What is Great Big Game Show?

Brought to you by the creators of The Escape Game, it's a real-life game show that you can play with your friends and family. In one hour, two teams face off in classic game show mini-games with a live host. That host could be YOU.

The Role

Guest Experience Leads at Great Big Game Show are world-class hospitality experts who love people, thrive in high-energy, fast paced environments, and take pride in creating unforgettable guest experiences.

You'll learn both the role of a host and our front desk guest specialist.

You'll introduce each game, deliver fun commentary, track points, and ultimately crown a winning team, all while making every guest feel seen, celebrated, and included.

This is a guest-facing, performance-based role where energy, confidence, and care for others matter. Hosts set the tone for the entire experience, from the first introduction to the final celebration.

Why Work With Us?

Growth is real. Our fastest promotion from Host to GM was 4 months!

Many of our shift leaders have been with us since we opened.

You'll high-five strangers, celebrate teams with confetti, and clock out having made a kid's birthday.
