Job summary

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests and support Brand goals.
• Perform quality assurance (QA) requirements for the department.
• Remove laundry from rooms and chutes and handle laundry processing.
• Separate laundry and identify items needing pre-spotting.
• Operate laundry equipment to maintain clean linens and supply.
• Restock linen and maintain cleanliness of laundry areas.
• Clean and maintain common areas and assist guests as needed.
• Train new associates and support team workload.
• Complete shift checklists and follow Brand service culture.
