Job summary

Arbor Lodging is seeking a Houseperson to clean and maintain designated areas of the hotel and respond to guest requests, contributing to our commitment to outstanding guest service.

You will ensure cleanliness of grounds, guest rooms, and supply areas, coordinate with managers on maintenance issues, assist guests and teammates, and support housekeeping when needed. This role offers competitive pay and benefits, with opportunities for growth within Arbor Lodging Management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of hotel grounds, entrances, storage facilities, trash areas, hallways, elevators, staircases, and guest rooms.
• Communicate maintenance issues and damages to managers.
• Interact with guests and teammates in a friendly, professional manner.
• Deliver items to guests as directed.
• Support laundry and housekeeping departments when needed.
