Job summary

Concord Hospitality is hiring a Houseperson to support the housekeeping department at Hyatt House Raleigh North Hills on-site. You will help maintain public areas, assist with guest requests, and work with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, meeting spaces, and restrooms.
• Support housekeeping staff by delivering linens, towels, guest supplies, and cleaning materials.
• Remove trash and soiled linens from designated areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Set up and break down meeting rooms and public spaces as needed.
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost-and-found items to management.
• Operate cleaning equipment and follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help maintain housekeeping supply inventory and organize storage areas.
• Assist with special cleaning projects and property upkeep as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping, front desk, and maintenance teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
