Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, amenities, and supplies to guest rooms and housekeeping staff.
• Remove trash and used linens from guest floors and service areas.
• Clean and maintain public spaces including lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and fitness areas.
• Assist with room turns, deep cleaning projects, and furniture setups.
• Respond to guest requests and support room attendants as needed.
• Ensure storage closets and carts are stocked, organized, and secure.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly.
