Drury Plaza Hotel in Pigeon Forge is hiring立即 for full-time and part-time housekeepers to maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms. You will vacuum, change linens, and keep bathrooms spotless while upholding high cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school
• Experience in cleaning is helpful but not required
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for diverse team members and guests.
• Perform hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean according to set standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Work weekends as needed due to busier shifts.
