Job summary

Drury Hotels is seeking a housekeeping team member to help maintain clean rooms and common areas for guests and families. You will support guest comfort with linens, amenities, and timely service.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, inspecting for maintenance needs, and providing friendly, efficient assistance. The role requires a positive attitude and ability to follow directions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Ability to walk and stand for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences and respond to requests.
• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean per established standards.
• Inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information.
• Ensure courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
