Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional internal and external guest service.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel tower as directed.
• Remove used laundry and trash from hotel rooms and carts; dispose properly.
• Assist guests with questions, problems, and requests in a timely manner.
• Perform duties to standards with proper use of machines and chemicals.
• Report facility problems to supervisor.
• Ensure carts and storerooms are stocked with supplies.
• Maintain documentation of duties performed during shifts.
• Greet guests with proper salutation and cheerful demeanor.
• Cleans and maintains guest areas and storage spaces.
• Manage linen and laundry flow from dirty to clean.
