Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a House Attendant to support the Housekeeping Management Team. You will collect dirty linens, deliver clean supplies, and assist on floors and in public areas to maintain a pristine guest environment.

You may participate in deep cleaning projects, report issues, and help ensure health and safety compliance across shifts. Strong English reading/writing and ability to lift up to 75 lbs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Some housekeeping experience preferred.
• English reading/writing and basic math abilities preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Collect dirty linens and trash from rooms.
• Deliver linens and supplies to Room Attendants.
• Clean public areas including restrooms and storage rooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of floor closets and corridors; remove trash and tidy shelves.
• Report repairs or unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Assist with guest requests and delivery of supplies to ensure satisfaction.
• Deliver lost and found items per procedures.
• May assist with deep cleaning projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
