Job summary

Fogo de Chão in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Host/Hostess/Greeter to warmly welcome guests, seat them at the correct tables, and help create a seamless dining experience in a fast-paced churrasco environment.

You will stand for long periods, assist with lobby upkeep, and handle busy shifts, including weekends and holidays. The role is hourly and on-site, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and voluntary options where offered.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting guests and facilitating guest experience.
• Ability to seat guests and manage front lobby.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greets each guest and facilitates the guest experience by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner.
• Seats each guest at the appropriate tables.
• Organizes, stocks and cleans the front lobby during the shift.
• Manages competing demands. Bids farewell to each guest.
• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
