Job summary

Maggiano's Little Italy is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess to welcome Guests, manage seating, and assist with phone calls and reservations in a fast-paced, family-focused environment. This role is integral to creating the first and last impression guests experience in our neighborhood Italian-American restaurant.

Our Hosts contribute to a warm dining atmosphere, coordinate with servers and management, and help ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat Guests, answer phones, take reservations, and manage the waitlist.
• Bid farewell to Guests and ensure a positive first and last impression of Maggiano’s.
• Support front-of-house operations and assist with dining service as needed.
