Responsibilities

• Own the Door: Create a warm first impression by greeting guests with enthusiasm.
• Manage the Flow: Oversee waitlists, call-ahead seating, and provide accurate wait times.
• Seating: Escort guests to tables and accommodate seating needs.
• Answer the Phone: Provide a helpful phone experience with menu hours and directions.
• Know Your Stuff: Stay knowledgeable about our menu and offer recommendations.
• Stay Organized: Keep the host stand neat and stocked with supplies.
• Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear communication with managers and servers.
