Job summary

Fine Entertainment Management seeks a Host/Hostess for Rockhouse Too in Las Vegas. You will greet guests, seat parties, and maintain a warm, welcoming atmosphere as part of the established sequence of service.

You will keep stations clean, assist teammates, manage reservations, upsell menu items, and communicate wait times to guests while ensuring superb service and a positive first impression.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to engage guests professionally.
• Must have valid Health Card issued by SNHD.
• Able to stand, walk, and lift during shifts.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests sincerely and provide superior guest service.
• Efficiently seat guests following service standards.
• Answer phone calls and direct to the appropriate party.
• Manage reservations and log guests into the system.
• Upsell menu items and provide product recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, menus, chairs and stations.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and well presented.
