Job summary

Chili's in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests and kick off a warm dining experience. You will manage seating, help maintain a safe, welcoming environment, and support the team in a fast-paced setting.

No experience is required, but you should enjoy helping others, communicating clearly, and staying energized during busy shifts. Flexible part-time or full-time schedules are available.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude ready to greet guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift trays safely.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager when appropriate
• Answer telephone within three rings and direct calls
• Help fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
