Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a Guest Host for Ava Hotel in Paso Robles, CA. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience. This role requires strong communication, customer service, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use PMS/POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at restaurant entrance and manage reservations.
• Escort guests to tables and present menus.
• Coordinate with wait staff and host team to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Support events and VIP reservations and assist with to-go orders.
