Out West Restaurant Group is searching for a Host/Server Assistant in Flagstaff, Arizona. In this role, you will enhance each Guest’s experience through friendly and attentive service, coordinating seating, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to walk, stand, or bend for long periods.
• Responsible Beverage Service Certifications required for California based positions.

Responsibilities

• Making a memorable first and last impression.
• Greeting incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Coordinating the wait and seating Guests with urgency.
• Smiling and having genuine conversations with Guests.
• Knowledge of the food and drink menu for recommendations.
• Answering the phone in a professional manner.
• Assisting throughout the restaurant as needed.
• Leading the lobby experience for each Guest.
• Committing to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
