Job summary

Out West Restaurant Group in Daly City, California, is looking for a passionate team member to join us as a Servers Assistant. Qualifications

• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping.
• For all California based positions: Responsible Beverage Service Certifications Required.

Responsibilities

• Greets incoming and departing Guests in a welcoming manner.
• Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise.
• Leads the lobby experience for each Guest, following Outback hospitality standards.

Skills

Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs.

Ability to work in hot and cold environments.

Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems.

Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Visual ability for distance, close, color, depth and peripheral.
