Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of related customer experience required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage reservations and waitlists.
• Escort guests to tables and provide menus or direct them to digital options.
• Maintain smooth front-of-house and back-of-house communication.
• Answer guest questions about the restaurant, menu, or wait times.
• Organize seating charts and assist servers to balance workload.
