• Greet every guest with a genuine welcome and friendly demeanor.
• Assist guests with seating and guide them to their table or area.
• Maintain accurate wait and quote times to manage guest expectations.
• Provide the first impression of the restaurant by delivering Legendary Texas Roadhouse service.
• Contribute to a welcoming, high-energy restaurant atmosphere.
• Demonstrate teamwork with fellow Roadies to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote and describe the Texas Roadhouse Story to guests.
