Job summary

ARK is seeking a houseperson to provide outstanding guest experiences in a hotel setting. The role involves keeping public areas clean, including hallways, meeting rooms, and lobbies, and delivering guest-requested items to rooms with a can-do attitude.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of housekeeping or houseperson experience, strong customer service skills, and a dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Compensation is hourly and ranges based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be hard-working with strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products is required.
• 1+ years experience as a houseperson/housekeeper or similar in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Start shift by visiting assigned floors to collect trash, dirty linen and other materials as directed.
• Restock linen supply on each floor by transporting clean linen to storage facilities.
• Ensure a clean environment in guest rooms, corridors, lobby and other work areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating and responding quickly to guest requests.
• Deliver supplies to guest rooms, such as rollaway beds, cribs, and blankets.
