Job summary

Fogo de Chão Cumberland is seeking a friendly Host / Hostess / Greeter. You will welcome guests, seat them at the appropriate tables, and help maintain a smooth front lobby experience.

This role requires standing, the ability to transport objects up to 25 lbs, and availability on weekends and holidays. Full-time team members receive Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability and other voluntary benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and assist guests.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and facilitate the guest experience.
• Seat guests at appropriate tables and manage lobby flow.
• Maintain front lobby area, including stocking and cleaning.
• Assist with closing/beginning shift duties.
• Bid farewell to guests as they depart.
