Aufgaben

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and thank them as they leave.
• Manage the seating flow to ensure a smooth guest experience.

• Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to keep operations running smoothly.
• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8+ hours per shift).
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds and assist with light cleaning.
• Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house environment.
• Deliver 100% guest satisfaction, every guest, every time.
