Flanigan's Enterprises in Wellington, FL seeks a friendly host/hostess to warmly greet guests as they enter, guide them to seating, and manage the flow of the dining room. You will also handle the wait list, answer questions, and help ensure a fast, friendly entry experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean foyer, restocking menus, answering phones, and ensuring guests are welcomed back with a smile when they leave.

Formación

• Must be able to speak, read and write English.
• Florida Responsible Vendor program compliance required.
• Food safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Escort guests to tables and manage seating flow efficiently.
• Maintain wait list and communicate guest questions to the manager.
• Answer phones and assist guests with inquiries.
• Keep foyer and host station clean and stocked with menus.
• Attend to restroom cleanliness and restock supplies.
• Conclude guest visit with a friendly farewell.
