Job summary

Brazen Restaurant Group in Collierville, TN is seeking a reliable Restaurant Host to be the first point of contact for guests and set the tone for a warm guest experience.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing seating, answering phones, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth service. Pay is $10 per hour with shared tip outs; both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age.
• Demonstrated commitment to high-quality customer service.
• Professional appearance suitable for a hospitality environment.
• Proven ability to provide warm and gracious hospitality.
• Excellent ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, maintaining etiquette and providing focused information.

Responsibilities

• Greeting Guests: Welcoming all patrons in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival.
• Managing Seating: Inquiring about party size and needs, coordinating with staff, and efficiently managing the flow of the dining room using the seating chart.
• Handling Phone Inquiries: Answering calls clearly and articulately, providing accurate information, answering general questions, and conveying a professional and calm demeanor.
• Guest Support: Learning the menu and restaurant logistics to effectively address general patron questions.
• Team Coordination: Working collaboratively with the entire restaurant staff to ensure a smooth and positive experience for every guest.
