You will be front-line, friendly, and service-oriented, ensuring guests feel valued from arrival through return visits. Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, knowing the menu, assisting with deliveries or bussing, and processing To-Go orders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of age and able to work weekends and holidays.
• Greet and seat guests to create a welcoming experience.
• Be menu knowledgeable and assist with features and daily specials.
• Operate the POS and handle to-go orders as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized front area and support team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests to Beef's.
• Present menus and inform guests of daily features.
• Be menu knowledgeable to answer guest questions.
• Assist with food delivery or table bussing.
• Thank departing guests and invite them back.
• Take To-Go orders and ring them in the POS.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Keep the front door area clean and organized.
• Complete duties without constant supervision.
