Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter and exit the restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait time estimates to guests.
• Assist guests with reservations and escort them to their table.
• Provide menus and answer questions for guests.
• Optimize seating arrangements to maximize flow and capacity.
• Answer phones and schedule reservations.
• Process take-out orders.
