Job summary

Eataly Dallas is seeking a friendly Host to greet guests, seat them, and guide them through service, ensuring a smooth flow during peak hours. You will be the first and last contact, setting the tone for a memorable visit at our bustling Italian marketplace.

As part of a high-volume restaurant team, you will manage waitlists and reservations, balance guest flow, and support servers to deliver excellent service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them, maintaining a smooth flow during service.
• Oversee the dining room during meals and relay information to managers and staff.
• Maintain an up-to-date waitlist and seating chart using a computerized system.
