Qualifications

• 0-2 years of guest-facing hospitality or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to remain professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency with reservation and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of positive and professional interaction with guests.
• Work with back of house teams to fulfill guest needs and requests.
• Exceed guest expectations when resolving concerns or complaints.
• Articulate the property's story and guest experience to visitors.
• Provide refined service while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
