Job summary

Hai Hospitality's Uchi Washington D.C. location is seeking Hosts to manage reservations and walk-ins, set guest expectations, and support service in a fast-paced downtown setting.

Qualifications

Effective communication with guests and staff required.
Ability to identify and follow safety guidelines and standards.
Stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Move tables/chairs to reconfigure seating.
Knowledge of kitchen safety practices and proper equipment use.

Responsibilities

Manage reservations and walk-ins, setting guest expectations.
Provide courteous cocktail service for waiting guests.
Support service and create memorable guest experiences.
