Continental Services is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess for The Continental's Day Shift at Ford House in Michigan. This part-time role involves greeting and seating guests, taking reservations and to-go orders, and supporting servers to ensure a smooth dining experience.

The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, professional appearance, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong commitment to guest service. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Previous host/hostess experience preferred, but not required.
• Availability to work during The Continental & The Speedster's hours of operation.
• Work with fellow team members and bring a positive energy to our culture.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, direct and seat guests at tables.
• Take, place, package and provide to-go orders to guests.
• Maintain the overall cleanliness and order of The Continental dining room.
• Complete any tasks assigned by the management staff.
• Work in tandem with the management team to successfully operate The Continental.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures of both Continental Services and Ford House.
• Complete the training program for the Host position.
• Support the servers and The Speedster attendants with food and beverage service.
