Perkins is seeking a Host/Cashier to warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and handle transactions with a friendly first impression. You will support carryout orders, keep the host area tidy, and collaborate with servers to ensure smooth service.

No experience is required; strong communication and teamwork help you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role offers weekday and weekend shifts at our location.

Qualifications

No experience required; hospitality experience a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude and provide excellent customer service.
Manage seating arrangements and wait lists to ensure smooth restaurant flow and guest satisfaction.
Accurately process guest payments and handle cash, credit card, and other transactions responsibly.
Answer phones, assist guests with questions, and support carryout or to-go orders as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand, front entrance, and dining areas.
Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to support efficient operations.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
