Job summary

Bandana’s BBQ in Missouri’s Columbia area is seeking staff who can deliver a warm guest experience and uphold our motto of Perfect, Fast, Every time. You’ll be part of a family-owned restaurant focused on training and consistent hospitality in a busy dining room.

Responsibilities include accurate order input, timely service of drinks and meals, and maintaining a clean dining area while following the proper uniform standards.

Qualifications

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Ability to speak, read and write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Guest sensitive with good timing to serve drinks, food and dessert.
• Stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
• Wipe down tables, remove debris and sanitize booth seats.
• Follows proper uniform standards.

• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
• Follows proper uniform standards
