Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments and resolves issues.
• Operates cash register and suggests add-on items to increase sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guest orders and prepares/packs food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, prep areas and utensils; maintains dining room and restrooms.
• Follows health and safety standards and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, drive-thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Maintains punctual attendance and adheres to uniform/grooming standards.
• Communicates professionally with customers, peers and managers.
• Supports teamwork to achieve goals and handle high-paced pressures.
