Job summary

Topgolf Wichita is seeking friendly, energetic Golf Service Associates to welcome Players, assist with check-in and reservations, and help create a fun, memorable experience across shifts. No two days are the same, and you will be part of a team that puts guest satisfaction first.

You’ll handle equipment, explain current promotions, keep areas tidy, and adhere to safety standards while enjoying flexible hours, team-oriented culture, and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment : Keeping calm when things get popular is where you shine.
• Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment: This is simply a plus, NOT a must.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations, ensuring they have all the info they need to get started and enjoy their Topgolf experience to the fullest.
• Provide detailed information about the venue, gameplay, and current promotions, helping players make the most of their visit and enhancing their overall experience.
• Assist with golf clubs and equipment, ensuring players have the right gear to improve their game and have a great time.
• Keep the venue clean, organized, and inviting, from tidying up the retail area to offering players helpful guidance and recommendations.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the guest services area clean, safe, and compliant-because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment!
