Qualifications

• Requires at least six months of experience serving in the food and beverage industry.
• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
• Ability to interact with guests and team members in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Works well in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation practices.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Greeting and seating guests.
• Explaining the menu to guests and making recommendations.
• Taking food and beverage orders, noting allergies, and entering them into the system.
• Communicating with kitchen staff.
• Balancing dishes, drinks trays, and delivering to tables.
• Providing attentive service and refilling drinks as needed.
• Checking in with guests during meals.
• Setting tables, polishing glasses, folding napkins, replenishing condiments.
