Job summary

Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo is seeking a friendly Food Server to take and deliver orders, greet guests, explain specials, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction with timely, courteous service.

You will input orders into the POS, coordinate with the kitchen, replenish beverages, present checks, and uphold safety standards. The role requires standing for long periods, knowledge of service etiquette, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards.
• Ability to read, write and speak English sufficiently to understand menus and record orders.
• Experience in hospitality preferred (1–3 years).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain specials to ensure guest awareness.
• Take orders, input into POS, and coordinate with kitchen.
• Deliver orders, check accuracy, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain station cleanliness and restock condiments.
