Job summary

17 West is a premiere American Bistro in New Bremen, Ohio. Crown will hire a Host / Food Runner to greet guests, seat them, and ensure a welcoming dining experience. You will deliver meals, answer menu questions, and help maintain a clean and safe dining room.

The role involves standing for long periods, coordinating with the kitchen, and upholding health and safety standards while providing friendly, professional service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Stand for 8 hours per shift in a busy restaurant environment.
• MVR may be required if driving company or personal vehicle.
• Regularly follow health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and escort them to tables, seating and ensuring comfort.
• Deliver food to tables and coordinate with the kitchen for order accuracy and timing.
• Answer questions about food orders and menu items with courteous service.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, restrooms, entryway, and service areas.
• Assist with bar area, stock, and overall restaurant upkeep as needed.
