Chili's in Southern Pines, NC is seeking a Food Runner to support servers and deliver friendly, attentive service in a casual dining environment. You will help guests enjoy great food with hospitality, learn our menu, and grow towards more responsibilities on the floor.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide hospitable and customized service to each Guest
• Improve the Guest experience by interacting and connecting
• Keep the tables free of dirty dishes through pre-bussing any empty glassware, debris, empty bottles, plate ware, silverware, etc.
• Partner with other Team Members to ensure Guest satisfaction
• Must be available to work some weekends, weekdays, and holidays as needed
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
