Job summary

Krystal Restaurants Career Center is seeking a Crew Member who embodies Krystal’s Core Values. The role focuses on preparing quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner so guests have an enjoyable experience.

The Crew Member will work as part of a team, uphold food safety standards, deliver friendly hospitality, and communicate effectively with customers and coworkers while maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Maintains highest possible level of Product Quality and prepares food according to Krystal procedures.
• Adheres to approved Krystal holding times and temperatures.
• Packs all food products in approved Krystal containers, lids, and bags.
• Maintains highest level of “WOW” Hospitality and dresses in proper uniform.
• Great eye contact with customers and a friendly smile in voice.
• Follows all approved Krystal cash handling and security procedures.
• Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management.
• Communicates with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner.
• Maintains cleanliness: prep area, equipment, utensils, and sanitary practices.
• Keeps lobby, front counter, drive-thru, kitchen, storage areas and restrooms neat and clean.
• Keeps parking lot and building exterior clean and litter-free.
