Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Miami is seeking a Team Member to deliver fast, bold service to guests while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You will handle guest needs, assist in food prep, and support daily operations in a high-energy, guest-centered environment.

You bring reliability, basic math skills, and a flexible schedule to thrive on a fast-paced shift. Prior guest service or food prep experience is a plus, and a GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Building sales and profits by promoting Guest satisfaction.
• Escalating concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Identifying and responding to Guests’ needs.
• Completing cross-training and certification in multiple positions.
• Adhering to policy and procedures to maximize Guest and employee satisfaction.
• Helping ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and Guests.
