Nordstrom is seeking a restaurant expeditor who is self-motivated and committed to delivering outstanding customer service. The role focuses on ensuring correct delivery of food and beverage items and acting as the communication bridge between the front and back of the house.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in food service, strong communication skills, and basic math/written communication abilities, with a flexible schedule to meet store needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in food service/hospitality
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
• Basic math and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs
• Food handler's card may be required according to local and/or state regulations

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by ensuring that food and beverage items are correctly delivered to customers
• Be a liaison between the front and back of the house with outstanding communication
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products
• Support other areas of the restaurant as requested, such as answering telephones and completing financial transactions
