Job summary

Monster Mini Golf in Tuckahoe is looking for enthusiastic Team Members to join our crew and create memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest has a monstrously good time across attractions, arcade, and mini golf.

As a Team Member, you will greet guests, operate the front desk, guide guests through attractions, and help with arcade support and party hosting. Weekend availability is required; part-time schedules available.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
• Willing to train in attractions and frontline duties.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, explain attractions and packages.
• Operate front desk and POS, manage waivers.
• Entertain on the mini golf course with announcements and games.
• Support arcade & attractions, troubleshoot minor issues.
• Lead birthday parties and coordinate party activities.
• Perform light cleaning and restocking.
