Job summary

Burger King Team Member position focused on delivering exceptional guest service and supporting restaurant operations. You will work with the General Manager and Assistants to uphold standards and interact with guests and the field operations team.

Responsibilities include fast, friendly service; quality products per company specs; maintaining cleanliness and safety; restocking; and assisting across roles such as front counter and drive-thru, with a strong emphasis on making guests feel special.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Good oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, or diagrammed instructions.
• Willing to perform a variety of restaurant tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly guest service and support.
• Ensure products are prepared to company specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
• Restock stations and assist with inventory as needed.
• Operate fryers and food preparation equipment as required.
• Support other positions such as front counter and drive-thru.
